Roughly $39 million was added to the Preschool Open Doors program as part of the state budget in House Bill 300. Sylvia Luke, this would increase state subsidies from $12 million to $50 million for the program. It would also open up eligibility for the Preschool Open Doors program to include 3-year-olds in 2024.
